What is typically included in a Mercedes B Service?
The B Service first visit is at approximately 20,000 miles or 1 year after the previous service. The exact time is determined by the vehicle's Flexible Service System. Most modern Mercedes will now show up on your car’s dashboard (on board computer) to notify you that your car is now due a B Service. This will first show you how many miles you have left until the service is due and if you go past this milestone you will get notified how many miles overdue your service was needed. Then it is typically every 20,000 miles or 2 years (approximately). Each model and year of the vehicle can be slightly different, we would advise you check with the garage you bought the car from or check the handbook typically inside the glove box.

Typically with Mercedes we would always advise to use genuine Mercedes parts as not only are they tried and tested by the manufactures but are also safer and more efficient. Yes, they can be more expensive but taking care of your car at this point will pay off in the long term.
